The food and service at the main street cafe was exceptional to say the least. Great place to eat .

Had to give one star just to be able to write a review. We just left the restaurant after a 1 hour wait (after ordering our food) and never received our meal. Watched 4 couples come in and order, eat and get drink refills. It wasn't very busy in there. I went up to ask for status and they never made our meals. No communication for an hour after we ordered. Very disappointed and will not be back. Too bad since we recommend this restaurant to friends that camp in the area. We were completely ignored and never received our meals. No apologizes either.
Went here as we were doing a wedding at the fairgrounds. Server was very friendly. Not sure what was going on in kitchen, there place was not crowded yet the orders were not getting out. Food was not hot and was just mediocre at best. There were three if us, and we ordered there different items all came the same way. And one it's is didn't get our salad. Over priced for what you get. This could be a great place. I'm not sure who owns it, would make a huge difference if the staff was trained to cook, serve and manage time.
My wife and myself had supper on September 23rd 2017 and the food was great. We both had two chicken breast sandwiches and shared fries and onion rings. The chicken was juicy, the fries and onion rings we're hot. The sandwich was very fresh , and the bun was super fresh, chicken was extra large , and all rest of the garnishments we're super fresh. Service was very quick and super friendly. We had a chance to speak with the owner and our waitress. Great people. Will definitely be back.
